THE MOVIE
MAKERS
1964 to 1970 |

|
As an amateur movie maker in the sixties and
seventies and together with members of the "Waverley Hills Camera
Club",
we made the following films on 'Standard 8' Kodak Film and the sound was attached by a
film/sound hook up with an EUMIG projector system. No 1. Stereo Tape recorder to make and play sound.
No 2. Eumig Projector coupled to tape recorder to synchronise the sound track.
No 3. Open Reel Tape Recorder to supply sound effects, voice over and/or music.
No 4. Home made sound Mixer, made to suit system.
No 5. 3 Speed Record Player to supply music/sound effects etc. |
 |
| See in detail the projector (No 2) used for making
and showing the 8mm films. The sound coupling was on the unseen side. |
